My Instant Payment Notification from Paypal stopped functioning on or about 23 February so I am getting "Unauthorised" and/or "No IPN" transactions and I am not notified of new orders.
The message from Paypal is as follows:

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) failed:
https://sota-shop.co.uk/vsadmin/ppconfirm.php
If you don't recognise this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Some orders also disappeared!!

Hi there
I just had a check on the IPN / ppconfirm.php page on your site and it seemed to be ok to tell the truth. Is it possible this is one of those problems that cleared itself up after a couple of days? If not, could you have a look at this and hopefully we can get more information about why the IPN failed.

Although it is not evident what is going wrong it does appear to be a problem with the hosting company's server
