Hi,

Over the past month or so, I have been getting the following email as a result from a Cron job running GmerchLister.php from DLSS.

Status: 403 Forbidden
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

<html><head><title>System Block</title></head><body><div style="padding:50px;text-align:center"><p>We apologize but you have been automatically flagged and blocked from this website.</p><p>Please contact us via our customer service email (orders@radiantmetalworks.com) to have this rectified.</p></div></body></html>

I asked Mike at DLSS to take a look and the GMerchLister script functions as designed. My Hosting provider is trying to help me pinpoint the problem and they pointed to this script in incfunctions.php and offered some guidance:
--------
@ob_clean();
header('HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden');
print '<html><head><title>System Block</title></head><body><div style="padding:50px;text-align:center"><p>We apologize but you have been automatically flagged and blocked from this website.</p><p>Please contact us via our customer service email (' . $GLOBALS['customerserviceemail'] . ') to have this rectified.</p></div></body></html>

It appears to be the email address has been flagged in your application and this is triggering the above script in your email. You may have to review your script and whitelist your mail address or add email to the mailing list and this should resolve the issue.

Please feel free to reach out in case of additional questions. We are happy to help!
--------

I have already tried putting my email address (the one with the error) on the whitelist and it did not resolve the issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad
It seems that somehow the server IP address is now in the IP Blocking database. Can you go to the Admin IP Blocking admin page and see if it is listed there, and if so remove it.

Ha! I forgot about IP blocking in ECT admin. I was only looking at IP blocking in the hosting provider's cPanel.

All is well. Thanks again Vince!
