I just updated my website and I'm not having any problems (yet) but I did notice something that was different than what the instructions told me to look for. The update instructions said to make sure <script src="/js/ectcart.js"></script> was in the header but I found <script type="text/javascript" src="js/ectcart.js"></script> in mine. Are they equivalent? Is one slightly better than the other? Thanks in advance.

As long as your store is in the root of your website, which it probably is, those two are exactly the same so no worries there.
