I attempt to do a search and at first the desired line was coming up. Then I'd get a "Forbidden" error.

Later when on the phone with GoDaddy, I was getting the site could not be reached. He did a check that allowed the site to be accessed from multiple servers around the world with no errors.

It worked fine on Monday afternoon. I'm at a complete loss.

Sometimes you do just have a faulty router between you and your website. When that happens you can find the site inaccessible but others can view the site no problem. In windows you can use this command to see if this is the case in a cmd window...

I spent an hour with GoDaddy the other night. They went through a series of things, including the tracert. They were not getting the things that Charlie found.

All this started on Monday evening. I had no issues on Monday afternoon.

Now, I get into admin. All public pages, it's a hit or miss. Sometimes I get in and sometimes I don't.

I need a solution very soon.

Before I left the house earlier I started my Screaming Frog SEO software on austinflightcheck.com. After 20 minutes it was stuck @ 43%, not good, so I left the house. On my return almost 60 minutes later it was still thrutching & coughing @ 88% so I just left it to its own devices. Eventually it reports 60 timeouts, 10 404 errors & all the rest are Status 200 OK. I've never had that time duration in all the years I've used the Screaming Frog SEO tool.

I'm no server tech by a country mile but I'd knock the ball back in GoDaddys court.

Just completed this tracert & Ping @ 18:15 UK time, again from Manchester UK. Have you tried from your location using the Tracert & Ping? If so are you getting similar results?

GoDaddy says there is no issue on their end.

That does not make sense given the results provided by Charlie which I also provided to GoDaddy.

Tomorrow, Spectrum is showing up and I'll put an end to any claim it's on my end of access.

One thing is certain, I'm damn sure not getting what I'm paying for and it's costing me money. I had to refer someone to eBay for business instead of taking them to my own site saving that 12%.

Switched to ServeLink and ALL those problems went away.
