A customer reported this to me, but I am also able to replicate the problem on multiple computers, multiple browsers, after clearing cookies, and in Chrome incognito... so I'm hoping that someone knows what the culprit might be.

When a customer goes to change their password for their client login, we get an error that says "Please enter a value in the field "Full Name"." - even though the field is filled correctly. We are on PHP v.7.5.0. For reference, this is the site: https://www.proudproducers.com/clientlogin.php

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris
I believe I've fixed this now so can you apply a new copy of the updater and try that. The fix is in the file...
vsadmin/inc/incclientlogin.php
...and you only need that one file to sort it out.

Hi Vince,

I updated that one file with the one from the new updater (trying not to replace all updater files unless necessary). I do see all of the 'xname -> name' changes in that version, but I'm still not seeing a different result on the page. Are you certain that there aren't other files that need to be updated besides incclientlogin.php?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris
I had another look and I think the problem comes as you have the js/ectcart.js reference in the foot of the page. This means that JS code that relies on the ectcart.js functions are failing and it's where the problems start.
The fixes from yesterday are good though and should be kept.

Vince
