How or where is the data on how much to pay out and to whom once everything is setup and working?

We recently setup our affiliate program and we're in the process of testing it out but we're not seeing sales data when someone makes an order via someones link. We placed a test order through an affiliate link and the order went through and the affiliate was notified someone made a purchase on their account and when you look at the order details it shows the affiliate name but if you go to the affiliate reports and export sales data it only shows the names of the affiliates without order details or amounts attached.

Hi, you should select a date range in the affiliates admin page, and click "List results" and you should see all sales from your affiliates in the list. If the commission column is not populated, you just need to set the percentage by clicking the affiliate ID for each affiliate.

Commission was set at 10% when the test order was placed and when we export the data like you said there is still no total.

The order status of the test order was the issue.

I suppose I should have added that the payout will not show except on authorized/shipped/completed orders.
