Hi Patrick quote: When the order is then sent to ship station it is not changed at all
Actually, that's not really correct as all times / dates are converted to UTC. quote: I just had an order come through with a date code of:
07/20/2022 5:36pm PDT
I imported it into SS and it shows the order date of 07/21/2022 (7 hrs ahead)
An order just prior to that had a date code of:
07/20/2022 4:58pm PDT and SS shows it correctly at 07/20/2022
So yes, this does look like it's the UTC offset that is going wrong, but we don't know if the details sent to SS are correct and SS is displaying them incorrectly or the details sent are incorrect. quote: An order just prior to that had a date code of:
This is just because adding 7 hours to 4:58 gets 11:58 so the date is still the one you expect, but the time is still probably wrong. The latest versions of the vsadmin/ajaxservice.php file has more debug information so could you possibly update that file and then add this parameter to your includes.php file... $debugxmlemails=TRUE; The try syncing with shipstation and you should get an email with debug info. As I mentioned, all order dates should be in UTC so can you have a look and see if the info looks reasonable.
