Problem with shopping cart after Update

I still have this <script src="/js/ectcart.js"></script> on all the pages in this order <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/ectcart.js"></script> <script src="/js/ectcart.js"></script> The Admin shows it's up to date (There are no new versions available. I don't know why it didn't work yesterday when I cleared it? As you can see in a previous post from Vince, I asked if I should remove this script (<script src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>) and he suggested it was fine. Unless I'm reading it wrong?
