It's been a while since I last posted a Press Release to customers site, so I'm not sure when this may have started happening. I posted a recent new Press Release following the ECT directions for posting them in Products as I have done in the past.

Client is on latest ECT PHP release 7.5.3. On the product admin page, Price is set to 0, Sell Button unchecked with both Display Product and Is Article check boxes selected. Yet when adding the new Press Release, it shows up as a product without a sell button, price, or image when viewing all of the entries in the Press Releases Category on the customer facing side of the store.

After analyzing the raw Products table, I found that the new entry was missing the value 'article' in the pCustomCSS field that all of the other Press Release entries did have. Not sure why or how that happened. Adding the value 'article' to the pCustomCSS field on this one new Press Release resolves the issue. Please note before and after images.

It sounds like the "article" class in the pCustomCSS field is a class that you have been adding manually. There is a class "prodarticle" that is added automatically so you could use that instead to set the style for articles. (This class will be "detailarticle" on the product detail page.)

Hi Vince,
Oh Right! Of course I totally forgot about setting the article class when entering it. Thank you for sorting that out! I'll review the prod/detail article classes. Fortunately we don't have a huge amount of articles.
