I know, I was just dreading it. They cleared the cache and that solved the items not showing up in the cart, however, they didn't address the email issue at that time. I suppose I will just have to chat with them again...sigh...I set the email as default because no emails were going out until I did that. Now at least an email is sent when there is an order. The host setting was set with the former host, and Bluehost never did answer about how to set the smtp host, so I will experiment a little before chatting again. Should I have set the email settings to default?
