We currently operate the ASP version of ECT on our own website and we would like to make the switch to have the site hosted on ECT web server. Are there any support documents that would make that move easier? Would we be able to export our data (Using an MSSQL engine currently) and import the data into the hosted site?

There's a couple of ways to go there:

1. For the hosted store we can convert the existing MSSQL database to a suitable format and import that for you complete, together with all your product images in bulk. That gets you most of of the way there. The design side you'd have to work on separately in the store admin panel. I'd recommend you take a look at the trial version to see if it meets your needs.

2. Alternatively, we could bring the existing site over as it is and run that for you on a Windows Server here.

There's no charge for migration services in either case and it can be done fairly quickly with a chance to test before going live. Email can come along for the ride, or you can keep it where it is if you prefer. Feel free to DM me if you want to discuss offline
