I can't make any changes in any of these dropdowns

ORDERS ADMIN
PRODUCT ADMIN
SHIPPING ADMIN

I get this error

Hi Paul
That suggests you're logged in as a secondary user with restricted permissions for certain sections of the admin.

If you can't login as the main user you can reset your password using the utility here - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/troubleshooting.asp#php6

Once you're logged in as the main user you can set the permissions for any secondary users by following the change password link and checking/unchecking sections of the site you wish to restrict them to

Hi Phil,
Their is only 1 user and it has all permissions.

I don't know what the site owner did, he said he was looking around and don't remember.

They all want to be able to change prices and check sales but they never listen when you tell them to leave everything else alone.

This should reset your main admin password so you can log in with that one.
