Free Shipping exempt States not working

Marshall Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1916 Posts	Posted - 03/08/2023 : 04:55:30 PHP v7.4.11 Have two states, Alaska and Hawaii, with FSA unchecked. Did run a test, and I am also getting free shipping when using an address in Hawaii. Vince Administrator 42831 Posts	Posted - 03/16/2023 : 05:13:39 Hi Marshall I had a look and it seems that the Free Shipping discount was set to apply to all countries and I've changed that and the discount seems to be working as expected with regards to Hawaii. I think the problem is that the text should say, "Yes, restrict to certain countries / states" instead of just countries so I'll change that now.
