Hi Roger, do they offer any instructions?
Can you give us a link to that documentation?

:::EDIT:::
I took the liberty of doing a google search and you want to use the "javascript code installation" on this page, after you have setup your account
https://help.tidio.com/hc/en-us/articles/5378348485660-Install-Tidio-on-Your-Website

If you use a DWT file to manage bulk changes on your site, then add it in that file so it populates all pages of your site. If not, then manually add that code to all pages as described in their article.

Thanks,
David

Would this be in the index.htm page?

If you expect the chat to work on every page of your website, the code must be added to every page.
I would be surprised if your index page is index.htm - Being that you have an asp site, it should be index.asp or maybe default.asp for example.
How do you update changes to all pages on your site now? Let's say you needed to change something like the company name or logo on all pages? How are you currently doing that?

Thanks,
David

Hi, just browse to the home page of your website and check the URL showing in the address bar of your browser and that would be your home page.
In any case, you will need to add the code to every page of the website anyway.
If you just want to test it out, then pick any page and add their code before the closing </body> tag, then upload the changed page to the server and browse to that page and t should be working, but again, on that page only.

Thanks,
David
