I would like the ability to add a section to my website where customers can book and display 'classified ads'.

I was thinking I could set up a product 'Book Classified Ad' where customers could pay for their ad and submit the ad content using text entry options and the image upload function, or possibly submit the details separately via email. The ads could then be created manually on the site by entering the ad content as an article. It would be good if this could be automated somehow, but I doubt if that would be practical.

The main requirement I can foresee is enabling anyone viewing a classified ad on the website to contact the seller directly. I doubt if advertisers would want to list their contact details on the website publicly so ideally we would need a 'contact' button to allow people to contact the advertiser without disclosing the email address. Is this possible?
