Hi,

During the checkout, when the customer is on the delivery selection page, we have 2 choices of Standard or Express.

I'd like to add a tool tip to the 2nd option of Express to explain some of the restrictions to this service such as 'working days' and weekends etc.

Can you tell me how I can add a tool tip here, perhaps with a ? icon from fontawesome?

There are lots of ways to do this and often it's using javascript.
There are simple javascript tooltips, but I prefer and use fancybox

From there, it's just a matter of creating the link and the best way to place it where you want.

I would just use javascript to locate the text you want to add a tooltip to and use string replace to add your tooltip there.
