View Orders only showing "All Abandoned Carts"

Posted - 08/20/2023 : 16:43:46 On one computer when I try to view orders, cart only shows "All Abandoned Carts" under Order Status. No orders show. On another computer, using the same login, it shows orders normally with Cancelled, Deleted, Unauthorized, authorized, etc. Not sure why. Jay Arthur, The KnowWare Man, works with companies that want to solve problems of delay, defects and deviation.
dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10468 Posts	Posted - 08/20/2023 : 17:37:15 Hi Jay, over on the far right, on the offending computer, you likely have the drop down set to Abandoned carts.
