If a customer ticks a box to sign up to the mailing list the received the following email

However when they click the link they get a 404 error message. How can I fix that?

Hi, I'm not sure what the fix is, but it seems to be related to extensionless url's you are using.

https://memorialjewelleryblanks.co.uk/cart.php - link in the email to the cart page.

https://memorialjewelleryblanks.co.uk/cart/ - actual link to your cart page.

I hope that helps.
I don't use extension-less url's so I'm afraid I don't know what the solution might be.

Thanks, I'm using wordpress for this site and I am new to it so it's all a learning curve. I wasn't even aware that I was using extensionless url's, lol.

Now to try and figure out how to turn that off, I guess!

Really, I wouldn't turn off the extensionless URL's and please try just adding this to your vsadmin/includes.php file...

Thanks that has fixed fixed it for new signups.

Is there a way to resent confirmation emails to previous signups? I've got 14 people on my list so far and one has bothered to tell me that the link didn't work!
