I have a client who would like to offer a coupon/discount that would include free products if certain other products are purchased.

They sell calf feeders - here is their website: https://biotic.com

They want to offer 6 free calf nipples (https://biotic.com/proddetail.php/?prod=Calf+Nipple+1200) if someone orders on of these: https://biotic.com/proddetail.php/?prod=LAC-TEK+BOVI-15

And then a similar deal on another product.

Is this something that can be done - or is there add on that would accomplish this?

What is the best option for my client?

I'm afraid there isn't a way to do a buy something - get something else free type of discount. Sorry about that.
