Ive been hit by the 3137 Laguna Street, the bot uses testing at example.com as an address and has been reeking havoc with the site for years.

So far Ive just blocked the ip, in admin and cpanel. But any other help in trying to stop this would be appreciated?

Marshall has a trick he offered you when the email is the same. Send him a message.
This is one of the most famous bots of them all and just google the street address to see.
