There is no place to enter the credit card details for Square up. It just has the labels for card number, cvv, expiration and postal.

Hi, on our site, the "labels" are a placeholder in the fields you type in.
Perhaps they are there and the colors on your site, or some css is making them hard to see.
Is this a new setup or has it been working and now there is an issue?
If it's the latter, can you check what version of the API you are using?
You can see that in the developer section of your square account.

This is a new site and it has never worked. The js file from Square seems to be getting blocked. This file is returning 404, https://squareup.com/v2/paymentform

Hi, you do not need any js file(s) from square.

As it happens that file is loaded by Square as part of the process of displaying their payment form and it seems that for some reason it is being blocked. It all seems to be ok here so do you have this loaded on a test site maybe so I can try there?
