When a client is logging into the site, it tells them that "Could not find login details". All the logins work with the exception of this one user. I have verified that they are in the client logins.

This users email address is 55 characters long. If I shorten the email it works but will not work at 55 characters.

Is there a limit on how long an email address can be?

There is actually a check that the email is less than 50 characters. The fields added to the database are checked for reasonable limits to guard against hacking attempts and I guess we never thought you'd get an email over that size. I'll change it to 60 and get that change into the updater asap, but if you want to make the change yourself then open incfunctions.asp in notepad and search for...
if len(theemail)<50 then
...and change that to 60.
