I didn't see a good place to put this, but just wanted to say that I'm impressed with the software. I used it many years ago, then switched to another product. At the time, the other system had a reasonable monthly fee and all was well.
As prices increased, I had serious doubts about sticking with that service. I never did have abandoned cart emails as that was only available in a higher tier that was $45/month. I sell books, and there's not a huge profit margin. I couldn't see continuing to pay monthly fees.
Also when I started, there were previous/next buttons on the product detail page. In one of their updates, those buttons were removed (years ago). Since I have a 10-book series, it's nice to have those buttons, so customers can easily navigate through the books. With ECT, I have that feature back!
A few more things to iron out, and I'll be ready for the new launch.
