Also, as the PDF name must match the reference, can you clarify the naming of each? Would it be CD1, CD2, etc?

Once you have done this you can set a comma separated list of files in the ECT Admin Products page, for instance...

file1.zip,file2.pdf,file3.png

I have both legal and letter size and am thinking they should go in two separate files??

Yes, but you need to use this in conjunction with this parameter...

$GLOBALS['digidownloadpath']='/path/to_your/downloads/';

That way, all you are specifying for the digital downloads is the filename and you don't have to specify the path in the $digidownloadpattern

But saying that, if you can combine both of these in one zip file it might make like easier.
