Shipping charges not tranferring to Paypal

trendyhounds Advanced Member 251 Posts	Posted - 04/21/2024 : 12:19:35 Last month I had 3 orders where the shipping charges did not transfer over to paypal. So, basically, the customer paid for the product & no shipping charges. The shipping charges show up on my website & through the dashboard, but not on their invoice that's processed through Paypal. Below is some info on the orders. 3/12/24 Mobile payment (2 products) $34.00 3/22/24 Mobile payment (2 products) $32.00 3/23/24 Checkout (1 product) $32.00 Any suggestions as to what may have caused this or what I should check to make sure it doesn't happen again? Vince Administrator 42878 Posts	Posted - 04/22/2024 : 00:06:54 Hi Kathleen Have you tried recreating the payment. That is, try an order with the same items, address, etc? It may be that you have zero weight items for instance which won't count towards shipping. trendyhounds Advanced Member 251 Posts	Posted - 04/22/2024 : 11:03:07 I tried recreating the same order with one of the customers & the shipping charges transfer over. So, I have no idea what caused it with 3 different customers from 3 different states on 3 different days.
