Hello,
I'm running Ecommerce Plus PHP v7.7.6
After cloning a product "Police Chaplains Ministry Fundraiser" and adding the new information after clicking the submit button it sent me to the Product Administration Page and all the info under Product ID, Discounts, Related, Package, Alt IDs, and Modify is missing in the "Search All Prods" and "Search Hidden Prods" . The only time I can see the Product ID, Discounts, Related, Package, Alt IDs, and Modify is in Search Visible Prods.

Near the bottom of the image note there is 2 "Police Chaplains Ministry Fundraiser" items now. there was only 1 when I started the cloning.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Paul
All those columns are populated by javascript and it looks like for some reason there has been an error. But isn't this the store that has a load of errors because of the PHP version?

This website works fine except the Product Administration Page.

Does the 2 "Police Chaplains Ministry Fundraiser" items have any thing to do with it?

The website with the problems is the Stritch website.
