When using Stock Management, it would convenient to be able to change In Stock to By Option, or vice a versa, either via the Quick Entry and/or CSV upload. Also, it would be nice if the CSV file somehow distinguish when a product uses By Option for pStock rather than just a 0 (zero) as a 0 is what you see when something is out of stock. When you look at the products admin, products using the By Option have (-) so it is only obvious there.

You can add pretty much any of the columns in the products table to the quick entry yourself, via the includes.
Is this an .asp site?

The stock values for the options are located in the options table in the column optStock so it's not going to be possible to add that to the quick entry unfortunately.

Here is what I use to do that for .asp
customquickupdate="pStockByOpts:Stock by Options:CHECK"

For .php that should be
$customquickupdate="pStockByOpts:Stock by Options:CHECK";
