This will help us to know whether the thread is relevant to us. It's understood that running an e-commerce website is guaranteed to cause anyone stress from time to time. However we've found the eCommerce Templates cart to be remarkably stable - and their technical staff extraordinarily helpful - over the years.

All that should have been was simply install the access settings on the new computer. Site - site settings and verify that the checkbox for Maintain the site using hidden medata files is checked. if this is unchecked it will not append the dependent files

Can you check via FTP what the location is? For instance it may be... /public_html/yourwebsitename/ Could you check that and if that still doesn't resolve it we can sort out a call.
