How is this done?

I see other settings in parameter options but not an outright disable.

I'm getting spammed on affiliate listings. Banning the IP is not working.

I just removed my affiliate page as we do not use it.
There is no harm in removing it from the server if you do not use it.

In the end, I did rename the file so it could not come up.

I put a block on the IP address but it was still allowing creation of affiliate accounts and fake orders.
