Everything works fine until I click on the final checkout button instead of getting the checkout page with the customer information I get nothing. I can see the cart and login to my account but that is as far as I can get. What am I doing wrong or what am I missing

If I can see the page it might make it easier to figure out what is going wrong. Could you let me know the URL of the store?

I re-downloaded the software and re-installed it. This seems to have solved the problem for now. I will get back to the forum if I need further help. Thanks
