I am having trouble with my ASP site in regards to the 'Ask a Question' feature under each of our products.
We are not receiving the resulting email when that feature is used. The 'Ask a Question' form pops up as expected, but once it is filled out and 'Send' is pressed, there is a processing circle that churns a bit then a message window appears that says 'Your message was delivered successfully.' But no email appears in our in box.
Any idea where it is going wrong??
