I am getting customer reports of a checkout error.
I have been unable to replicate it myself and I have had one sale which seems to have gone through fine, however 2 different customers have contacted me with an issue saying that they are unable to get beyond the address page at checkout and are presented with an 'internal server error'.
Both trying to order different items, I have gone through the checkout process using their address details etc (stopped at the payment page as I will be sending an invoice) and had no problem at all, so I am not sure what the issue is. One lady said she tried both mobile and laptop and neither would go through.
I use stripe payment processor but I don't think that's it as they aren't even able to get to that page. The customer's orders do not come through as unauthorised on my back end, so something is going wrong before that point.
