Ecommerce PlusASP v7.8.4 We are getting a disproportionate number of unauthorized orders, and customers are reporting that they receive an error when they try to enter their credit card numbers. Most recently, the customer reported she was getting a message something like "We cannot accept this card; please try another card." When we take the card and do the transaction manually, there is no problem. I have checked with PayPal who processes our payments and they were not even showing this latest transaction number. It seems to be before the handoff to PayPal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is costing money.
