Order Status Email

Specifically on an order when I check Email Status Change on an order then click Update. Order emails work fine, however, when I set the check for send email for order status, it doesn't? what do I need to turn on? David Hagood

Could you contact your host and ask them if they could look in the access logs to see what happened to the emails.
