Getting this error randomly.

"could not load paypal buttons. please check if you have any browser settings or anti-virus software which could cause this and try checking out again"

i have tested using the most updated versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge with no issues. I test using the most updated version of duckduckgo and get the error

This was brought to my attention by a few employees who told me several customer have the same issue. I called one today and had them do a test run, they told me they are using the updated version of chrome and got the same error. Yet when i did the same test using her details it loaded the button on my chrome browser

I have tried to tweak on my duckduckgo settings and my antivirus to the point of shutting the antivirus off completely and cannot get the error to go away. cannot for the life of me figure out why 3 browsers on my pc work and 1 dont, but customers using the same browser that works for me dont work for them.... Has anyone experienced this? any ideas?

backed up the files and everything was working fine on localhost all 4 browsers. rebooted pc, went back onto live website and retest with all 4 browsers, everyone of them worked... guessing there may have been a slight api hiccup. cant seem to reproduce the issue now

update: found the problem. Cookie consent.

took all 4 browsers, completely cleared history, went back to our website and did not click anything on the cookie consent (fyi we are using cookieyes.com) tried to do a test and got the error in all 4 browsers. cleared all histories again, went back to the webstore and accepted all cookies and lo and behold, everything works fine.
