Hi,
We have two shipping methods: Royal Mail for anything less than £200 and Free Shipping for anything over £200
But for some reason, Free Shipping is not being applied any more.

Free Shipping is set in the Discounts section and Royal Mail is set in the Shipping Admin section.

All help greatly appreciated.

I can run an update myself if you think that will fix the problem.
It is basically backwards. If you pick a product less than £200 it gives you free shipping, and if you put one more than £200 it charges Royal Mail shipping.

I have a current update, version 7.84, I can reapply that. If you think that will help. Is there another version that would be better/more stable?

Well, I ran the updater for 7.7.8 and checked and the issue is not resolved.

Its ok, we resolved the problem. For some reason, after the last update, the Royal Mail postal zone 'Great Britain' had the FSA ticks unticked. We didn't even notice. Once those were re-ticked, it started working again.

Not sure how it happened- everybody is denying responsibility here!

Anyway, crisis averted.
