This update takes account of a change in IP address for Netbanx payments.
Cancelled PayPal payments now go back to the non-HTTPS URL for the cart page.
A problem has been corrected for authorize only payments when using PSiGate.
Some alignment issues have been corrected where checkout elements could be incorrectly centered when using the CSS templates.
Some issues have been corrected when using the perproduct tax rates and tax inclusive features.
A problem has been corrected with CSV uploading.
The menu script has been updated so that if on HTTPS, the automatically generated portion will take you back to the non-HTTPS address.
