This is a bug fix release for v5.5.1 which addresses some important issues. All users of v5.5.0 are recommended to upgrade to this new version.

A serious problem has been fixed when using PayPal and Google Checkout payment methods.
A problem has been fixed when using locales using commas as decimal separators.
A problem has been fixed with PayPal Express payments where sometimes the shipping name could be incorrect.
Sometimes state tax settings were missed for countries set as Home Country+
The client login system now checks for a duplicate email address when modifying accounts.
The tracking number will now be displayed in the customer account where relevant.
Radio button options can now also use alternate images.
The setting imgcheckoutbutton="button" can now be used to use a browser default button for the checkout button.
The admin orders page now correctly saves the search settings when editing orders or order status where in some situations it did not.
Some issues have been addressed with the extra images.
An bug has been fixed where the products page would error if there was no product options defined.
Checking of multiple purchase options being used uniquely is now no longer incorrecly dependant on stock management.
Some timing issues have been resolved with the FCK Editor loading.
A problem has been corrected where the stats page would error if a search produced no results.
The extra image fields have been added to the inventory dump.
An error has been fixed where Google Checkout would error if a zip / postal code was not specified.
