FedEx Ground rates are now given from the USA to Canada.

A bug has been fixed that affected discounts where applied to product categories.
A bug has been fixed that affected shipping discounts.
PayPal Express payments would send the user back to the checkout form if the customer clicked the cancel button, but this caused problems if no other payment methods were selected so this has been resolved.
A bug has been fixed that affected client logins with discount levels.
A problem has been fixed that affected 2Checkout transactions when using gift certificates or donations.
Validation issues have been resolved in the products, client login and product detail pages.
A validation issue has been resolved for product options.
The length of data passed in the donation message is now validated.
The review link has been corrected for static pages.
A problem has been fixed where a security warning could appear when using the FCK Editor on an SSL connection.
An error has been fixed in the manufacturers admin page.
The "Email Status Change" check box now correctly appears in all circumstances.
