The following changes have been made...

A problem where UK stores using PayPal Express could have UK county names replaced by US state names has been fixed.
The cart now forwards to the cart contents page if a customer cancels a PayPal Express order.
Several issues have been fixed with confirmation details showing zero for discounts or shipping.
Some issues have been corrected with Spry tabs.
A problem where the shipping address would not be saved for logged in customers in some circumstances has been fixed.
Some minor XSS / HackerSafe issues have been addressed.
A problem has been fixed where if a manufacturer page was shown, and a category had the same id number with a discount assigned that discount would show for the manufacturer.
A problem has been fixed which could cause products with alternate id's to not display properly.
A problem has been fixed which could cause problems setting handling charges for payment providers.
Gift Certificates and Donation products could incorrectly be defined as out of stock in some circumstances and this has now been fixed.
Quotes are now correctly escaped for the product SKU and "Quick Entry" features.
A minor validation issue has been fixed.
Non-US dates are now correctly handled for ratings.
USPS Priority Mail no correctly reads 2-3 days shipping time.
PayPal Express now obeys the paypallc "locale" setting for non-US locales.
Some missing classes have been assigned for product and category discounts.
The product filter is now displayed in a table for better alignment.
