There is an important bug in the admin orders page when creating a new order and using the "auto complete" feature. If you select the address details using the Email Address Auto Complete and that customer does not have a customer account, an incorrect customer account id could be assigned. This could result in the customers orders being assigned to another customer account so this fix is a critical update.

Support for the absoptionpricediffs=TRUE parameter has been added to show the absolute price of product options instead of the price difference (such as +$0.50)

Support has been added for UK Royal Mail rates.

Zip / Postal Code text is now handled properly for different countries.

A bug has been fixed where when using weight / price based / flat rate shipping for domestic and a shipping carrier for international, the zip entry would not be displayed for international locations.

USPS International V4 rates are now being used.

Improvements have been made to the packing dimensions algorithm. USPS dimensions have also been improved with updates to how packages can fit in certain flat rate boxes. Some missing flat rate boxes have been added.

Some formatting errors have been resolved for mobile browsers.

A bug has been fixed in the parameter replacement algorithm for email messages.

Holding the <Ctrl> key down while changing an orders status on the admin orders page would cause all the orders on the page to change to the same status. This is useful for bulk order updates but it wasn't working in FireFox and this has now been fixed.

Even if a product was exempt from shipping discounts, shipping discounts would still show on the product detail page and this has been corrected.

Exemptions (such as tax exemptions) were not being taken into account in the shipping estimator in some instances.

CSS problems have been corrected on the product detail page, reviews section for when using the usecsslayout.

Support for the the bestsellerlimit parameter has been added to limit the number of days that the bestseller cross sell action takes into account for its results.

The discounts admin page is now paginated.

The algorithm for automatically getting the shipping carrier from the tracking number now takes more tracking number types into account.

In the categories admin page when choosing as category function "Categories can be shown in this category" and selecting a category, not all the categories were being displayed that should have been and this has been corrected.
