Hello,

I've recently updated to 6.8.0 and I can't get rid of this "Login Disabled" message.

I have ran the password reset tool and it says the password has been updated successfully, but still doesn't remove the login disabled message.

Can you assist?

Hi

Can you try opening the password reset page, password.php, change the password, and then without closing the browser go to yoursite.com/vsadmin/admin.php in the same browser tab and that should let you in.

Yes, I did try that multiple times for good measure. Including multiple browsers.

I sent you an email and just assumed you had seen it. You had this in vsadmin/includes.php

$disallowlogin=TRUE;

I have removed that and was able to login. I've just sent you the email again, this time via the forum.
