Trying to set up priced cart for postage - want to offer 2 x priced postage costs - based upon culumative price of all products elected.

And if the total exceeds £600 ex vat then the postage costs become free.

Having difficulty.

2 fold - all products selected add increased cost to carriage - should become the maximum price for below £600 - and then over £600 FOC

For the free shipping, you would set up a free shipping discount with the Min Purchase Amount set to 600. You would then check the FSA box for the country and shipping method it should apply to. I'm not sure what you want to do for orders below 600 pounds though?

Below £600 - if order less than £20 then they are charged £15 carriage.
If between £20 and £599 [£600] then they are charged £40 carriage.
If order over £600 then delivery is FOC

In that case you'd want to select Price Based Shipping in the main admin settings page and set up the rules as per the help here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/shipping.asp#price - for the free shipping you'd use the discount outlined above.
