I must say that the update looks nice. I have an issue with the invoice as they now take up two (2) pages. How do I go about chaging the layout so that I can get it back on one page. This is just going to confuse the customer. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. Although I am totally lost with CSS files I think (maybe) i am smart enough to figure it out. I like the way the invoice displays on the computer screen however it prints out totally different. In printing each section "Billing Detail", "Additional Details" and "Shipping" take up the entire width of the paper and are stacked on top of each other. This makes the invoice look unprofessional and to spread out. So my question is: Is it printed invoice as you envisioned and if so how can I make it look more like the display on the computer screen prior to printing? In a perfect world I would like to print as it displays. Thank you.

Hi Charles This is more or less how it should look  Could it be you have the same problem dbdave was reporting here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=108696 with the content being pushed to the right? If so, there was was a hotfix put out yesterday that should allow for troublesome header code. I printed out a sample invoice from your orders page and it came out as displayed on the print preview. The issue I can see is that you have 16 lines of text in the invoice footer and that is causing the text to go onto a second page. The first two lines of the footer show on the first page and the next 14 go onto the second page. One thing I would change is that you are using the How did you hear about us for extraorderfield1 so it shows at the top of the address, that really should be extracheckoutfield1 Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software |

Funny as it is not printing out here as it did for you. We have tried 3 different printers with the same results.

No, I am printing from my HP Laptop. I just had one printed from a desktop with the exact same results.

I mean really it shouldn't make any difference which device you are printing from but just wanted to check. I don't understand why it's printing for you like it was a mobile view. I'll do some investigating and see what I can find. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software |

Can you open your admin orders and invoice page and force a refresh on each - Ctrl+Refresh, and then try the print preview and print an invoice. Can you let me know if you you still get the mobile view or not? Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software |
