My client is alarmed by a strange transaction that occurred recently.
Capita360 (aka PayPoint) notified him that payment had been taken for an order, but there was no order confirmation email from ECT. Looking at the order in Admin panel, the AVS column was blank and the order marked as unauthorised.
Could any one explain how this could happen, i.e., payment taken but the order still marked as unauthorised?
