I set up a zone for Australia, with the appropriate flat rate shipping amounts. We can get 4 items into 1 padded envelope, so I set it up for 1 through 4 items at one price, then 5 through 10 for the second box, etc. When I clicked on an item to add to the cart and clicked on Australia for the estimated shipping, it shows only the rates for the US. I have the product weight set up as 1 for every product per the tutorial to make things easy. What step did I miss?

Well I feel really silly. I enabled it, but neglected to set the zone! Do you find it's a good idea to have the shipping estimate included on the page before the checkout?
