I made a password reset with the password reset file but it didn't work.
It doesn't show an error message. It just won't let me login

I uploaded the password.php reset file to the root of my site as instructed.
What am I missing?

Hi Jezze, the file should be uploaded to the root of the site not in the vsadmin folder and there should be no edits to the file upload it just like it is in the download, then browse to http://www.Yourdomain.com/password.php Remember to delete the file from the server once all is working again.

try to browse to http://www.Yourdomain.com/password.php and while that page is open in your browser, login to the admin. Did you try it that way?
