In viewing a single order, I see that the print button is blacked out. I know that I can right-click and print, I was just wondering how to enable this button?

Click the invoice button, then click print.

Thanks a bunch! That worked and I'm recommending that they actually use this as a real cart and even print up a packing slip. Imagine that!

If they are sending the customer a printed invoice from the admin, tell them to change the browser settings to hide the page title and url
This gives a clean invoice.
