Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 10/20/2017 : 00:21:35 Hi Becky If it's happening on all three of your sites and they are on the same server it sounds like something has changed on the server rather than in the software. Can you ask your host if they have made any changes, particularly around allowing file upload. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

Somehow the image upload is the only thing effected. I reset my site to 2 weeks ago but nothing is resolved. Godaddy says module security is not the issue. I can change product info and it changes on the site, but not pictures Becky Whipp
Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 10/20/2017 : 09:05:30 I'm pretty sure it is server related and something you may need to push Godaddy tech support on. Adding products is unrelated as that's just writing to the database and there will be lots of functions on the store doing that too. Image upload is different and requires different permissions. When we ran the updates in a different program than filezilla and they updated fully the problem was solved. Thank you Marlene! Becky Whipp
