I allow shipping and in store pick-up as options for my customers. I would like to attach a handling charge to those who are getting their orders shipped. I do not want the handling fee when they are picking up in store. Can that be done. I do all my shipping with FedEx integration.

Add this to vsadmin/includes.php

$willpickupnohandling=TRUE;

and then enter the handling charge per usual in the main admin settings page of the store control panel.
